With over 26 years of experience as a personal trainer, I’ve dedicated my life to health, performance and sustainable results. My background spans multiple disciplines—running cross-country and track
on 2 National Championship teams,
Coaching an Olympic Track Development Program, competing as a national level bodybuilder, and now pursuing my next set of challenges as a mountaineer.
This diverse athletic and coaching foundation allows me to work effectively with people of every age, background, and fitness level.
From early on, I learned that true success in fitness comes from the intelligent combination of physical training and properly executed nutrition—not shortcuts, fads, or rushed programs. I carried this philosophy through my bodybuilding career and into decades of coaching, where my focus has always been long-term health, performance, and resilience. Nutrition done right is not optional—it’s foundational.
My mission as a trainer is to educate, support, and empower every client I work with. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all programs. Instead, I help clients build realistic, effective plans that fit their lifestyle while pushing them to discover what they’re truly capable of—both mentally and physically. Helping people reach and surpass their goals is what fuels my passion every day.
