I have always found myself interested in health and fitness. From an early age I was an athlete, which ultimately carried into collegiate cross-country and track. During that time I found out that having the proper nutrition combined with exercise are the most valuable tools you can have to maximize performance and health benefits.
I love the challenge of trying to better myself, and those around me mentally and physically. My goal as a trainer is to educate, support, and empower everyone I work with! I provide the motivation and information they need to create a plan that works best for their lifestyle. I am committed to helping people realize their own potential and achieve their health & fitness goals.
As a former a national level bodybuilder and to accomplish my goals as a personal trainer, the need for healthy eating and exercise has never been more paramount. Working with clients to reach and surpass their goals is what fuels my passion for being a personal trainer.
