Health and fitness are a major part of my life both professionally and personally.
I have been fortunate enough to have many experiences: working at the division 1 level as a strength and conditioning coach, being a champion bodybuilder, and growing as a trainer where I've worked with and built relationships with so many great people.
My goal as a fitness professional is to make people "fitness literate," so they can stop falling for flashy marketing and start getting real sustainable results.
